Privacy Policy.

The short version

Your data stays on your device. Everything you create in this app — kanban tasks, syllabus dates, courses, grades, library files, custom events — is stored only in your own browser's localStorage and IndexedDB. Nothing is sent to us. We don't have a way to see it even if we wanted to.

What we don't do

• No user accounts (no email, no password, no profile required).
• No analytics or tracking pixels.
• No ads, no third-party advertising scripts.
• No selling, sharing, or transferring of any user data.
• No cookies for tracking. The browser may set its own storage entries for the app's data, but those never leave your device.

What's stored on your device

The app uses your browser's built-in storage to remember your work between visits:

• localStorage — small structured data: classes you've added, kanban tasks, syllabus rows, board assignments, grade courses + categories, calendar events, profile name, and library folder list.
• IndexedDB — files you upload to your library (PDFs, images, docs).

To clear everything, use your browser's "Clear site data" option for slpstudent.com.

Public class content

The curated SLP class material shown on the Classes tab (class names, topics, lecture titles, links to study materials) is stored in our Supabase database and fetched by your browser when you visit. This is public content — no personal user data is involved.

Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google may log the request as part of providing the font service). The Supabase JavaScript library is bundled and served from our own domain — no third-party CDN call. No analytics services are loaded.

No claim of HIPAA or FERPA compliance

This is a free tool for individual students. We do not market it as HIPAA-compliant for protected health information or FERPA-compliant for educational records. Don't enter real patient PHI or other regulated student data. For clinical use, use your institution's approved platforms.
